My Approach to Care
I believe mental wellness is influenced by much more than symptoms alone. Every person is unique, and effective psychiatric care should reflect the whole person—not just a diagnosis.
Using an integrative, whole-person approach, I consider factors such as sleep, nutrition, physical health, lifestyle, stress, and overall wellness alongside evidence-based psychiatric treatment. When clinically appropriate, I also incorporate laboratory evaluation and discuss evidence-informed natural treatment options to help identify and address factors that may contribute to mental health symptoms.
Whether treatment includes medication, lifestyle modifications, complementary approaches, or a combination of therapies, every recommendation is personalized and made collaboratively, ensuring you feel informed, empowered, and involved in your care.
